This is to inform you that there was a problem with the online credit card processing system between July 1st and 24th.
As it turns out, your payment for registration has not been charged due to the fact that the payment system, Robot Payment, had been run on test environment and thus the credit card information was not sent to the payment system.
The payment system was switched to production environment on July 26th. In order to reflect the actual payment status, your payment status has been reset to “Payment Incomplete” by the admin account.

Please kindly log into the registration and go through the payment process again.
Of course, your amount due is the same amount as the previous one. (i.e. For those who registered for the early bird registration before noon on July 19 (JST), the amount for early bird registration should appear.) After log-in, please click the “Online payment” link that appears on the left side of the screen.
