Registration for DIOXIN 2019 should be done through the online registration system. All participants and accompanying persons must register for DIOXIN 2019.
Everyone registering for participation is required to create an account. Those who have already created an account when submitting an abstract can register for participation with the same account information.

Banquet is to be held on Thursday evening, Aug. 29.
Those who would like to participate in the banquet are requested to register for it as an option for JPY10,000.

Note: Pre-Dioxin Students Session to be held on Saturday, Aug. 24 is free for the students with a presentation and registered at Dioxin 2019 (one person per submission); registration for students without presentation fee is JPY3,000 (for coffee and lunch).

Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration form the person accepts that his/her personal data will be collected and processed for the administrative work related to DIOXIN 2019 and future DIOXIN meetings. The organizers are allowed to process the following personal data of participants: first name, family name, affiliation, e-mail. The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access.
The organizers reserve the right to alter the venue if necessary.
In the event that DIOXIN 2019 cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of DIOXIN 2019 Organizers or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the organizers, the organizers cannot be held liable by participants for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, or any other indirect losses or consequential damages.
Under these circumstances, DIOXIN 2019 Organizers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee or to reimburse the participant after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of DIOXIN 2019 and which could not be recovered from third parties.
The organizers do not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.
During DIOXIN 2019, participants, exhibitors, guests and others may be photographed by DIOXIN 2019 organizers or its partners. Parts of these photographs may be displayed in future publications or materials connected with the Symposium.
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain restrictions imposed by law, by contacting Congress Secretariat by email at dioxin2019@congre.co.jp.
Cancellation Policy
From July 1st to Noon, Aug. 9th, 2019 is the settlement period. All participation registrants are requested to pay the registration fee during this period. Once you do settlement, you cannot do any change or cancellation on the registration system.
From July 1st to Noon, July 19th, 2019, all cancellations and changes after settlement must be made in writing e-mail to the Congress Secretariat (dioxin2019@congre.co.jp). All cancellations must be received by Noon, July 19th, 2019. Only then refunds (less a 6,000JPYen administrative fee) would be issued to the participant. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
Delegates, who neither cancel nor attend, would still be responsible for the full registration fee.
